What happens after you send the form
When your message comes in, we reply by text, which is our main way of staying in touch (reasonable hours only). Then we set up a consultation to learn about your practice, your goals and where you stand online today.
- Buying a practice or already running one: we review your current Google ranking, your Google Business Profile and your website. Then we tell you what to keep, what to fix and how to protect the ranking you already have.
- Building a startup: we look at the dental practices you will compete with locally and plan your Google listing and website around them.
You leave the conversation knowing which package fits, or what a custom package would include.
What affects the price
No two practices start from the same place, so there is no single price. The main factors are:
- How many service pages you need (our website packages cover 1 to 8)
- Whether you are starting from scratch, keeping an acquired practice’s branding, or rebranding
- The size of an acquired practice’s website, since we recreate its pages for redirects so you keep its SEO value
- Print and brand extras such as a logo, business cards, appointment cards, letterhead and referral pads
- Whether you add monthly SEO, which is not part of the website packages
We offer incentive deals and payment plans. If you find a similar service at a better deal, we promise to do it cheaper.

Dental Space, LLC is based in Cortland, Ohio, and focuses on dental practices: general and pediatric dentists, orthodontists, periodontists, endodontists, dental surgeons and prosthodontists. Most practices come to us at one of three points. They are opening a startup, buying an existing practice, or running a practice whose website and Google listing need a boost.
To make the first conversation useful, have these ready:

- Any scheduling software you already use, so we can plan the installation
